In my opinion, VS Code has the best balance between customizability and ease-of-use. Furthermore, it has a rich library of extensions for all my development needs.

An amazing visual editor to quickly design responsive yet pretty web applications.  It has an option to export projects to pure HTML/CSS/JS. This very website was designed in Bootstrap Studio!
