During the school year, I am doing software work for The Northern Tornadoes Project. I am primarily working with front-end software for web applications using React and Tailwind CSS. Web Developer @ Northern Tornadoes Project

With my coworkers, we developed a suite of web applications called NTP Insights. This project was done to facilitate the the ingestion and analysis of data collected from severe weather events. My part of NTP Insights is the implementation of the Potree library into an app called NTP LiDAR. As the name suggests, it is a way for users to fetch and view LiDAR data from the comfort of their very own web browser. The app was also designed for mobile support in mind. Throughout this semester, I am in charge of maintaining NTP Insights and adding potential new features.

One of the main programmers in the team, I made many contributions to the VIKING library which provides utilities and tools that run in conjunction with the main robot code. Such tools include CSV writers and readers, classes for the TalonFX motor, and robot telemetry.

I am a regular member of the weekly meetings and attended the conference in 2019 in the general (which eventually merged with the crisis) committee.
